I don't know anyone that actually believes that mass migration is good for any economy. There are multiple recorded events in history that shows the exact opposite and you only have to see the resource drain on the community / country to know that it is bad and the money should be used to deport and seal the borders. However, that is not how you get a population that refuses to integrate, is hostile to the citizens and if given the chance will vote in communism.
