The premise that it takes decades to remedy is based upon the assumption that it's complicated to round up and mass deport invaders. It's simple:

1) Mandate proof of citizenship for all government interactions. Drivers licensing, vehicle registration, filing taxes, riding the damn bus, everything. This will catch all invaders who arent completely under the radar walking to work, being paid in cash, evading taxes, etc.

2) Simplify deportation hearings to two questions: "Are you an illegal immigrant? Where is your documentation of being a lawful resident?" Slap statutory, felony perjury charges on anyone who lies on question #1. The beauty of statutory is that mens rea is irrelevant. If you're here, and you dont have residency, you're guilty and the trial's over in 10 minutes.

3) Offer a bounty on illegals. If they're succesfully deported based on your tip, you are entitled to all their ill-gotten gains (i.e. possessions).

4) Slap RICO charges on anyone aiding and abetting illegals. You lent Pablo your car because he cant lawfully register one? You hired a bunch of employees for cash without filling out an I-9? Federal felony RICO charges. Your sanctuary city issued a drivers license to Juan? RICO the DMV, mayor, city council, and anyone who knew about it.

5) Deport any you catch.

95% of them would be gone within a year. No govt interaction without citizenship means no gibs, bank accounts, above menial cash jobs, credit, etc. Expedited deportation hearings makes removal quick once caught. Bounties and RICO makes catching them quick and cost effective. Boom. Gone.

I’m totally with you on this. But I don’t see a majority of US citizens upset by this. It boggles my mind. What they are doing is treason.
