If the good guys were in charge, they'd encourage the illegals to vote, but need to verify their address with a valid piece of photo ID. After the election day, the list of all illegals would be handed out to the military and all law enforcement divisions to carry out a massive campaign to capture them all at once. They are then either deported or handed over to the courts for all of those outstanding warrants. Heinous crimes get the death penalty, the rest get their asses punted. The election is redone and it confirmed to all that 30 million or whatever illegals who voted Democrat have all been pulled from the results. Then the real cleanup can begin.
