Lol, this is pure simple Govt gaslighting - refugees don't come to work, only 'legal migrants' do. Plus any Nation signed up to the UN charter can not outright deny of forbid an asylum seeker/ refugee in their territory until each individual applicant has had their case determined and adjudicated on.
