I don’t think the current methods we use can do it, but where there’s a will there’s a way.

If we can put together a database of images, fingerprints, dna, vocal recordings, urine samples, and a few other things, then we can know who’s a citizen and who’s not. Sounds like a great idea? Ever heard the phrase “fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me?” I bet they have, and they know we have too. So you can definitely trust them, cause there’s no way we would allow ourselves to be duped more than once.
