Or... how about... and this is just an idea... let's not? Over 4 trillion dollars have disappeared into the black hole of just africa over the course of decades and has never, ever, made any kind of a measurable dent in their poverty. Because their problem isn't economic. Let's stop "helping".
I can't find it right now, but there's an excellent video by an Italian former UN/NGO worker in africa that just got completely fed up with the whole system. "Stop helping", he said. "Stop sending food. Stop feeding them. It fucks up everything."
Let's take a page from israel. Seal our borders, stop "feedin' 'em just to breed 'em", and start helping our own, White people, first.
