That is something the federal government would take action against quickly.
You'd have tons of dead state militiamen, killed by the feds, and the rest in prison with no hope of ever seeing the sunlight.

I know. It's a sad state of affairs that when following the constitution can land you in prison or worse. If enough patriots would have stood up in the beginning we would be looking at a different world altogether. That blame would lie on our grandfathers, possibly great grandfathers.
