Under what legal pecident would they be forcibly "moved off island". Could the same legal position be used to forcibll "move out of state". They are free to move about the country at will. They volunteered to go to Martha's Vineyard. They need a legal advocate to protect them from the Martha's Vineyard government trying to deport them.
