Happening now in Idaho in one of the small towns. Corporations are snapping up anything for sale because the land is so valuable. They are literally going to people's houses and offering $50K - $100K above list. Minimum wage is below $8.00 hr, there is a serious housing shortage, and young people are pushed out of jobs due to businesses closing. One restaurant closing put 50 people out of work. With the low pay, no jobs, and illegals and "migrants" flooding in to take all the agriculture and food processing jobs....it's very depressing.
Cap that off with the marxist take over of our state government, well folks....we are fucked.
