It's called a bribe. This isn't difficult. Look, if you have billions of dollars, there's a point where you can better make use of your money to pay thousands of people who are poor as shit to invade a country under the guise of "immigration" instead of paying more money to influence politics in ways that might bring more attention than you desire. Sure, Soros and people like him buy all kinds of politicians, but sometimes it's easier to pay 10,000 poor niggers to flood a border than it is to financially weasel your way in to political influence systems, especially when people start to notice that's what you're doing. They're getting bribes to flood the border. They've been afforded all kinds of things like in the Obama phone Era, they're given medical benefits as illegal citizens in some places (Healthcare is much better here than many poor places), if pregnant they can have their kids be legal citizens if they make the journey. Not to mention, this whole crisis is a huge trafficking effort. Lots of people seem to actively avoid noticing the staggering numbers of minors crossing the border or at least minors accompanied by people we just assume are their parents or we're told they're related to.
