This man needs to do what ever it takes to make a weapon and take out a mosque in his country... he should do it in mine craft first to show how it could work.. make a minecraft mosque then he should get a pressure washer and then get diesel and I think detergent and mix them where they shoot out of the pressure washer a good distance... then get some type of ignition and in mine craft light up a mosque.
