oh no, not at all! we are only concerned about the negative backlash this white officer might have to face from the likes of BLM and other violent racist groups who have singled out and threatened white officers so many times in the past. It is meant to install security systems at the home of the officer or buy additional personal protection. It is NOT a payment for extraordinarily well executed service AT ALL! =)
