Disagreeing is not censorship...

Why can I agree with something by upvoting but to disagree with something by downvoting is a cardinal sin?

i dont upvote cause i agree most of time is to hopes to spark more discussions where as it seems if someone see a downvote they less likey participate or comment

that's totally fine, it's your prerogative.

just like it's the prerogative of another to use upvote to mean "i agree" and downvote to mean "i disagree"

Or, make a popup that happens every time you hit downvote. You have to provide at least 100 characters as to why you're downvoting, and it automatically posts that as a comment to the post. Make it big, make it obnoxious and annoying. If you aren't willing to fill out those 100 characters with at least "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER" etc, you obviously don't care enough about that downvote.
