Would it be possible to add an example in parentheses for the sub title when creating a sub?

I think the feature you're looking for already exists. When you create a sub, you can enter information into the "Title" field. That shows up at the top of the browser tab.

For instance, if you go to /s/RescueDogs you'll see, "Let's Rescue Some Dogs" at the top.
