I like the transparency of showing exactly who is downvoting a submission that we get when hitting I believe - yellow level, but why not go one step further and display something like:
Voting habits
Submissions: This user has upvoted xxx and downvoted xxx submissions.
Comments: This user has upvoted xxx and downvoted xxx comments.
NOTE: I'm just throwing this out there. I have no clue how easy or difficult it is at all.
