s / ( p + ( c * 0.75 ) ) = PQR

6048 / ( 187 + ( 2093 * 0.75 ) ) = 3.44 PQR

Comments don't get upvoted as much/often as posts do so that is the reason the comments were reduced by 25%.

You cannot do it objectively because it is purely subjective...

...what I said is based on truth that's been seen everywhere such an arbitrary ranking system exists. Sorry but that's how it is IRL.
