Why do we need to gameify the site? Sounds a lot like reddit.
At that point, may as well just bypass all of that and let you buy "badges" to "gift" to people. At least the poal would get the cash/coin from it?
B/c we can use these methods to make retards work for free. :) We get to hang out, but they think they're providing a service. They don't even matter... we just kick em if they suck ass.
Oh, ok, I guess the idea is to incentivize posting more and more often to different subs which not a lot of people do. Poal would do better with more content and from more than the usual people that post a bunch of stuff daily/weekly.

not at all there will be tiers and it will cost nothing but a user wasting his own clicks if he chooses too. I envision a fun mini game to pass the time. Nothing more. Wanna play wordle or some shit?
