Users already have "saved comments" sorted by the time their were saved. This is helpful when you want to paste paste them in different posts.
A dynamic reference to an original comment would be good as all the referenced comments would be automatically updated when the original is modified.

That's a good point and i forgot about that, Perhaps make common reposts easier access for mobile users? Idk, I'm not a mobile user so idk.
