I forgot about it tbh, but I noticed it when I made other post here today.

1 hour is a long time though and could be abused. I think doubling it to 10 minutes is enough for now, to fix typos and other errors.

You're likely right. I figured people who advanced enough to this level could be trusted not to abuse it, but that would also have to scale as the site ages perhaps.
