I'm all for it, but the block count should only be from users with positive history, otherwise it will become a sybil attack vector.

Also, it should make them solve a CAPTCHA, just to slow them down.

This will greatly inhibit people who spam news of the retards all day to forum slide other posts.

If should also just be from users that are current. I bet I have some blocks from long gone users.
