Do you want their spouses and loved ones to get fat? Perhaps women of Poal could collaborate, if theres enough of us, one of us can make a batch of cookies each evening to distribute the sugar consumption. my little one doesnt know why i dont make cookies and treats for regular consumption, so I sat him down and had the talk about getting fat from what you eat. Now if he sees me over eating or eating any sugar, he says "Mommy fat!". I recommend this for anyone who struggles with a much needed diet, nothing on earth like having a toddler laugh at you and call you fat for eating cookies

Sure, some nice cookies unexpectedly and few and far between is nice but it is supposed to be rare.

A good home cooked meal every evening on the other hand is something to look forward to every day. Before anyone says it. Yes, I do cook dinner too and other meals. Depends on the day.

I read a research article that said stevia is not good for you either. I was using it in my coffee for a few months but stopped. Back to a teaspoon of sugar now.
