Go back 1 page and then change the "1" in the URL for the page you are on to a higher number and go to that page. 20 comments/posts per page, so do some math to figure out how many pages you have. If it shows no results for the page you choose, you went too high.

Also, be careful you don't go through pages too quickly or you'll not like the consequences very much.
