While it's a more reasonable option, if you're an above mentioned waste of time account, it still could be used for you to count how many accounts blocked you, and thus create a new alt.

It could be considered like a special feature for accounts who reach a specific level. That will single out all the kike and troll sleepers who only purpose it to shitpost trying to trigger flamewars between users.

Also a good point. I am sure some (((accounts))) would be willing to sleep long enough to get to that level too. Though, it would probably be very few of them.
