Just make a sub exclusively for that kind of encoding/format. That way those who don't want to see such thing can block the sub.

a settings option to also turn it off at a certain level could be cool too i guess but it would be neat b/c using a custom designed character set. It would really fuck w/ bots and external site searches of poal (which would be cool) @aou
