I was thinking about posting something like this earlier actually. A purge of all 2 year old accounts who have not been active since creation. But I wasn't sure how folks would feel about that.

6mo+ blue accounts should all get canned.
If they aren't making any effort they shouldn't be here.
Doesn't take much to get to green, then can have the same for inactive green accounts
