Add this text to the ToS of poal.co.

Employees and contractors of government agencies are forbidden from accessing, viewing, recording, duplicating, disseminating, or referencing content on poal.co, vid8.poal.co, or any other poal.co website, a.k.a. "the poal.co family of websites".

By accessing content on the poal.co family of websites, you certify that you are not an employee or contractor of a government agency; furthermore, you agree that you will not transmit such content to the employees or contractors of a government agency.

Governments that violate the poal.co Terms of Service (ToS) by accessing, viewing, recording, duplicating, disseminating, or referencing content on the poal.co family of websites will be fined 6,000,000.00 USD per incident.

Then when one of these jew occupied bolshevik countries sends you a strongly worded email about taking down content or facing fines, you send them a reply as a "courtesy" notifying them of their three (3) ToS violations (viewing, disseminating, and referencing poal.co content), and that any future violations of the poal.co ToS will result in a 6,000,000.00 USD fine per violation.

It's not a loophole. Some brainwashed liberal faggot can send the link, but if the government clicks on it after their official warning has been served, they are still in violation of the ToS and must pay the steep 10mm fine each time they access content on the site(s).
