Maybe make them continue to post/comment with a minimum upvote count within X interval or be forced to reintroduce?

Though that does bring up the issue of them upvote brigading their own dumb shit or having bots do it.

There's already an algorithm for that. And by the kvetching of pedos and glowniggers over at fakevoat, it works perfectly.
