Even if they "pass" the /s/introductions check, they shouldn't be allowed to go dark again, scraping data.

Maybe make them continue to post/comment with a minimum upvote count within X interval or be forced to reintroduce?

Well, you know, obviously there's lot of disgusting porn that's barely legal and talk about sedition and hostilities and places to get guns and missiles and all kinds of things there.
