Are we sure we want to break bots entirely, years ago when I was on reddit(yes I know make fun of me) there were a few useful ones, like remind me, on voat there were a few useful ones, I think stop bots from voting might be a better idea. Or I don’t know I’m just thinking in text at this point.

As admin could you or a committee enable or disable certain bots?

I understand some are useful but the disruption they cause can ruin the site

I think this issue is probably far enough out that we can put a pin in it and deal with it a little later but I’ll add it to the list.

@PM_ME_YOUR_BOOBS2 will have to confirm, but I think the issue is the detection of bots, more so than how to break them.

You linked me just fine. Detecting bots isn’t really all that hard, you can use captcha and there are several other methods.
