Expand the default post sorting preference to also apply to subs unless the preference is set to 'Sub Default', which cedes default sort method to whatever the sub has configured.

Essentially, default post sorting method in subs made user-controlled via preferences option versus sub-controlled unless preference is set to have sorting as being sub-controlled.
