Lots of users don't even take the time to read sub rules and a few of them will whine about it when their posts get moved.

maybe on mobile you click "submit" and it shows you the sub rules on an interstitial page for 10 seconds before it creates the post... nah that's not a great idea but someone might be able to think of one
