So if a user has 10 posts in /s/insanity and I just hid post of theres I will see all 10 posts rather than the 9 I would currently see.

Sure but when I'm on page 5+ and hide a post accidentally before opening it wouldn't it then take more resources for mt to go to my hidden posts and find it? Maybe sort "hidden posts" by order they were hidden in. I'm retarded and often hide posts I want to see before I view them.
