Check the blue pencil in the top menu. You can drag and sort default subs and those you’re subscribed to.

Then click the top right arrow to open the dropdown sublist.

I'm not talking about my sub bar, I'm talking about those subs' sidebars. s/reportspammers wasn't in my sub bar by default and there wasn't any way to know it existed without searching around for it, and without the right keywords finding it was difficult.

You can search for a sub in /subs or by simply typing a keyword (sub field) when creating a new post and let the auto-complete suggest you the relevant ones.
