Imagine a capitalist points system where users can choose from a myriad of point scoring systems they can buy from various competing point system vendors. No one vendor would have lock-in and users could control the market with their wallets. If a vendor builds an inferior point system, they would go out of business to a more innovative vendor who came up with a better system. It could advance the whole notion of how sites that use points for feature privileges and visibility.
Of course this could only work in a high-trust, White internet since kikes, niggers and other shitskins would ruin it just like they do everything else. But imagine how letting the capitalist market drive internet site development would go if no one would ruin such a thing. It would never happen though.
