As the title states. Sometimes things are shared but the there's no need or want for silly internet points. Views and comments are well and good enough. The down vote button should remain in tact and functional though, no question.

And if the submission was to a sub that one is following or by a followed user? Submissions get buried within a few hours as it is on a busy day.

My recent submission was put out there to shed light on the loss of someone. It's there for fake clout, which too many are very stuck on.
