Mod only subs don't prevent you from reading what's posted in.

Posts in NSFW subs won't show up until you enable that option in your preferences.

Only disabled subs won't show up in random sub or sub of the day.

Oh. Didn't test, wasn't going to spam refresh and change options over and over.
