Leaving user self deleted comments floating around saying "deleted" leads to some people speculating that Poal is a censorship ripe platform.

Of course this occurs after the flat earth operation was excommunicated.

Almost like it's connected somehow.

You can’t really do that because some were replies or replied with other comments.

ie. all sub-comments would have to be cascade deleted.

If you don't want the "deleted" to show up, just be perfect and never post anything you will later regret. Such is life.

Well maybe it could just say (User Deleted) or something to differentiate it?

lol It actually does it for mod/admin account and I just noticed a little bug in the condition.
