Done Place to notate why I've blocked someone

When I block someone, it would be nice to be able to make a note to myself or connect a link as to why. Seems it would be easier to keep up with the actions of shills and glowniggers.

When you block someone, a new popup will show up asking you to type a reason (not required).

How many do you have blocked? I only have two. Both algoed shill-lords. It's not very confusing.
