Report should be used for those. It's pretty freaking hard to violate Poal's ToS. Dont promote pedophilia, dont dox people on Poal, and dont use Poal to violate US law (e.g. terroristic threats).

I don't think that the report button alerts janitors, I've never gotten one. Might be a good idea if it did, could expedite the process of removing site threatening shit.
