In order to encourage more conversation. New blue and green users should not have access to the downvote button. Not a single one of them use the button for its intended purpose. They get their fee fees hurt and they downvote... They disagree, they downvote.

Even some yellow users abuse the jew button.

It's already the case. New accounts can't downvote right after they register. They need to be active.

I only downvote for trolls and haters. If Poal doesn't want people to use it, get rid of it.That would be more honest.

The downvote button helps separate the birds from the groundbound. It works well as-is.

I only downvote those that spread misinformation. So it's "muh nazis everywhere" boomers and jews.
