I couldn't find an anon sub here so I did a little digging. Turns out the choice was made due to it possibly being used for CP, which is good thinking. I was wondering if it would be possible to just make it text only. Somehow not allow any links (on the software programming side)? I'm not sure what is possible. I mean, then, I think the worst someone could do would be post the address in text form. Theoretically, that could happen on any site with a comments section, right? I like the idea of being able to shout into the void. I guess being able to get things of my chest would be nice. Sure, you get a lot of shitposts but sometimes it works.
