Closed Limit postings on hot to 5 from individual subs.

I do not want an account. so you can tell me to fuck off. this just seems excessive. qstorm has 10/25 spots on first page of hot. qstorm has 10/25 spots on second page of hot. qstorm has 6/25 spots on third page of hot. qstorm has 5/25 spots on fourth page of hot.
