There is a call to violence in a post title and I thought I would let @aou know since he is pretty on point with that so I sent him a mod mail, but he seems to have not been active in the last 8 hours.

I looked around but could not find any info on how to contact other adms. There was a fellow posting as "site owner" (in a thread with aou) a week or so ago but I can't remember his user name and "site owner" brings up nothing in search.

It's not a really a specific threat, it's a generalization.

"Oswalt should be shot" or "I wish someone would shoot this guy" still is kind of questionable, because it doesn't specify who, what, when, where or how. Any 1 of those will do.

"Oswalt should be shot twice in the back of the head" is step closer, but you'd see it prosecuted both ways. Good enough for a restraining order, maybe.

"We should find Oswalt and shoot him" is now crossing the line as it is a call to violence and is easily harassment, but legally will still usually require a bit more context. For moderation purposes, is it enough to get sued? Not if it's just once and nobody complains.

"Oswalt lives at __________. Someone go to his house and put him in the ground." This would be enough for harassment, easy.
