To me this is just impersonating someone you're not, so all bets are off when admins are asked to remove it. Maybe add a bullet to the Poal TofS ... stating impersonation of another account or registered TM is in violation and subject to permanent ban/deletion of account.
This would also kill the trolls who use 'font play' to pretend to be legit users.
