I've blocked a couple just because they were being annoying, but I usually remove the blocks after a few days.
The only one I have left is TheAmerican, even though they're not here anymore. It's just a reminder of the good times we had.

Well, they're not here by that name, but I guess you raise a valid point - they may still have an alt hanging around. If they are, they're laying low and not being quite as much of an ass as before.
