Seems unfair that a new user would have same color / level as those guys living in our heads "rent free". I recommend sheeeit brown for color.

Edit better idea : How about only admins can designate negative level accounts as sheeit brown for known trolls who have not yet crossed the ban threshold? Like a pre ban warning? And warning to visitors that brownie < new user in terms of post / comment quality?
