You have to click on "mark all as read" icon, to kill the little red 1 icon. Just annoying. Probably asked and answered already, just venting because I click, then reply to original, but still have little red 1 there until I click again and mark as read. CHEERS!!!

No. It is better the way it is. That way when you have multiple comments you don't lose track of the ones you haven't read.
