Answered Content less than or equal to 2 characters should be allowed

I sometimes put "pt" in the content section to denote placeholder text. This just recently started getting an error.

The limit is now 3 characters because some users are using a . and it is misleading for users when they see a context expando icon and open it expecting to see some extra context.
