I think this is fair, especially with the new blocking changes for the snowflakes.

This would allow users to make several posts in sequence without others feeling like they are spamming the site.

The feature could be turn on and off. So people viewing all could know about the sub and visit it if they are interested.

Can't people block subs if they think the posting habits there are spammy?

Sure, but I thinking blocking subs (other than the Q-tard subs) is not the way I want to experience this site. Also, I don't like browsing /all all the time. I prefer having Poal generate a page for me based on my subscriptions.

So posters could flag their posts with this "It's not spam but I could see how you might think it is" tag, and then browsers could toggle the ability to block/unblock those posts from appearing in /all?

That would work but seems unnecessarily complex compared to just excluding subs you don't like or that have spammy posting tendencies from your feed.

I imagine it would be in the sub settings, so the owner could toggle it if they wanted to drop a bunch of posts in quick succession. On Voat there were a few subs I noticed that would not show up on /all. v/trees was one, which I understand because there is a lot of anti-weed users and posts might get downvoted to oblivion if they showed up on /all.
