Can we have the possibility to switch subs directly among users?

I made a sub for a guy who didn't have the level for it and they've had fun putting stuff in it. Wouldn't mind giving them ownership.

I think if the ownership transfer was agreed to by both sides, it shouldn't be a problem.
I'm not sure whether it's a good idea for system subs, but I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work on niche subs.
